For pets from Westmere.

Plenty of walks and garden time for Westmere’s outdoor dogs.

A dog stay at Petpy is built around the routine your dog already knows. Breakfast at their usual time, walks and garden play that suit their energy, a proper afternoon nap and dinner on their normal clock.

Every dog has their own bed and their own space to rest, with the blanket or toy you’ve brought from home. Bouncy dogs get plenty of garden time, older or quieter dogs get gentle outings and lots of sniffing.

Before the first night we talk through their routine, their quirks and anything that helps them settle. New guests start with a short hello visit so they can meet us and have a good sniff around first.

Big dogs, small dogs, bouncy and sleepy.

No two dogs spend a day the same way, so we don’t ask them to. A young, energetic dog might want two good outings and a long game of fetch. An older dog might prefer a slow stroll and a warm spot to snooze. Tell us how your dog likes to spend their day and we’ll follow their lead.

If your dog isn’t used to other dogs, or prefers their own company, tell us. We’ll talk through how their day can work for them and plan garden time to suit.

What we’ll ask you

  1. Their usual meal times and amounts
  2. How much exercise they’re used to
  3. How they get on with other dogs
  4. Anything that worries or excites them

  • Pack a towel

For muddy-paw days, a towel from home is always welcome.

  • Named collectors

If someone else is collecting, give us their name first.

Their little suitcase.

  • Enough of their usual food, plus a little extra
  • Lead, collar or harness with an ID tag
  • Their blanket, bed or a worn T-shirt
