First
Get in touch
Tell us about your pet and the dates you have in mind, by phone or with a request.
Before the stay
Hello visit
New guests visit first, so they can meet us and sniff around. We talk through their routine together.
The night before
Pack their bag
Food, a blanket from home, a favorite toy and your notes. Label everything with their name.
Drop-off day
A quick, cheerful goodbye
Arrive at the agreed time. We go through their bag and notes with you, then let them settle in.
Pickup day
See you soon
Collect them at the agreed time, along with everything they came with. Someone else collecting? Name them first.
A day at Petpy
A day in our little home.
Slide through the day and watch the house light up, room by room.
7:30 am
Breakfast, their way
- Dogs
Their own food, the amount you’ve told us, then a little potter in the garden.
- Cats
Breakfast in the cat room, served the way they like it, warmed or straight from the tin.
Back home
The first evening home.
- Give them a quiet first evening
- Their usual dinner, at the usual time
- Lots of pets are sleepy for a day or so
- Tell us anything we should know for next time
