Handy to have ready

Answers to the questions owners ask us most.

Yes. Dogs have their own rooms and garden time, and cats stay in a quiet cat room away from the dogs.

We start every new guest with a short hello visit, so they can meet us and sniff around before their first night.

Please do. Their usual food, a blanket and a favorite toy help them feel at home. Label everything with their name.

Often, yes. Tell us about each pet and we’ll talk through how they’d like to share, or not share, their space.

Of course. Call us on (202) 555-0113 during phone hours and we’ll tell you how their day is going.

No. We’re a boarding home, not a vet. If your pet takes medication or has a health condition, tell us before the stay so we can talk it through.
